Pay-per-click campaign management and related services are provided under a separate signed service agreement with each client, which sets out scope, fees, and cancellation terms. These website terms cover use of the site itself, not the services described in that agreement.

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform policies, market conditions, budget, and competition. Case studies, testimonials, and figures shown on this site describe past client outcomes and are not a promise of future performance.

5. Testimonials and reviews

Testimonials, reviews, and recommendations shown on this site are from named individuals and are used with their permission. They reflect that person's own opinion and experience, not a guarantee that you'll see similar results, and are subject to the "no guaranteed results" section above. We may lightly edit a testimonial for length or clarity, but never in a way that changes its meaning. If you've given us a testimonial and would like it changed, unattributed, or removed, email hello@likewiseppc.com and we'll action it promptly.

The Likewise PPC name, logo, and site content are owned by or licensed to Likewise Enterprise Ltd (company number 17160887) and may not be reproduced without permission. References to Google, Google Ads, Meta, and Meta Ads are trademarks of their respective owners; we are an independent certified partner and are not owned or operated by either company.

7. Third-party links and platforms

This site links to third-party services, including Google Calendar for booking calls. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites you're directed to.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
